Join Our Study Club

Après Dental Study Club is a collaborative continuing education forum hosted by MK Periodontics & Implants, bringing together dental professionals to learn, share, and grow in a welcoming environment. Led by Dr. Minou Karbakhsch, Dr. Yi-Chen (Jo) Chiang, and Dr. Michi Katafuchi, the study club focuses on evidence-based dentistry, interdisciplinary treatment planning, and practical clinical insights in periodontics, implant dentistry, and comprehensive patient care.

Inspired by the spirit of après-ski—where people gather after a day on the slopes to relax, connect, and share experiences—Après Dental Study Club brings that same sense of community to dentistry. Instead of heading home after a day of treating patients, we come together to exchange ideas, discuss challenging cases, and learn from one another in an open, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where every question is welcome.

Together, we strive to build meaningful professional relationships, promote lifelong learning, strengthen the dental community, and ultimately elevate the standard of care for our patients.
